October 30, 2020

Dear Clients, Suppliers, and Friends,

Thank you for your support as we move closer to Step 3 of the Government’s Roadmap of COVID-19 restrictions. Our priority remains to operate under the latest COVID-19 building guidelines and our COVID Safe Plan, whilst ensuring the safety of our clients, team, contractors and suppliers.

We are working closely with all our trades and suppliers and as a collective, we are very keen to keep our job sites and business operations moving. We will continue to operate as close to normal as possible to keep your build on track and our team safe.

Our staff are working remotely. They have access to video conferencing to communicate with clients and each other including to arrange:

  • Video Chat & Phone Calls
  • 3D Virtual Show Home Tours

Show Homes

Under Step 2 the Government is allowing prospective clients to visit our Show Homes by appointment only. If you would like to schedule a Private Show Home Visit please do so via our website or call 1300 244 663 to speak to one of our team members.

FOR OUR CLIENTS

Pre-site build: Design appointments, selections, electrical, joinery and tiles and working drawings are available and can be conducted remotely. Contract Appointments can either be conducted remotely or face to face.

On–site build: All job sites are active, operating under the HIA Guidelines for “Making Space On Site” and our Covid Safe Plan. We will do our best to minimise any disruption to our build programs under these guidelines however there may be some delays.

Maintenance & Warranty Work: Effective as of Wednesday 28th of October, we are permitted to attend occupied properties for the purpose of non-essential maintenance work in homes across Metropolitan Melbourne. Critical Works are defined as: emergency faults relating to Electricity, Water, Sewer, Gas or Safety.
