COVID-19 Update

March 25, 2020

To all our Subcontractors and Suppliers,

Thank you for your continuing support in these difficult times. We’re all facing a challenging climate, more than ever we need to work together to move forward as best as we can.

We continue to operate onsite as normal with the additional precautions around social distancing.  We have attached HIA guidelines, which Carter Grange will be adhering to and we ask for your cooperation in complying with these guidelines when working on our sites.

The Master Builders have told us that construction is considered an essential service and are lobbying the government to ensure that construction stays open as long as it can.  Whilst this is the position, we will continue to put jobs to site as we can and will continue to build jobs that are on site.

By the end of this week all our office staff will be able to work from home, currently 80% of our office staff are working from home.

Our payment cycle will continue as normal. Once the supervisor approves your invoice you will be paid in accordance with your existing payment schedule.

We will get through this together as long as we work and live according the guidelines set out by the Government.

We hope you and your families are safe and healthy. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,

Rohan Forrest, Director & Jarrod Plymin, GM Construction
