Important announcement

Dear Clients, Suppliers & Friends of Carter Grange,

We appreciate your support while we navigate this new round of Stage 4 restrictions. Like all Victorians, we are devastated by the ongoing issues our state is experiencing with COVID-19. Our priority is to continue to operate under the latest COVID-19 building guidelines and our COVID Safe Plan, whilst ensuring the safety of our clients, team, contractors and suppliers.

We are working closely with all our trades and suppliers and as a collective, we are very keen to keep our job sites and business operations moving.  We will continue to operate as close to normal as possible to keep your build on track and our team safe.

Our staff are working remotely. They have access to video conferencing to communicate with clients and each other including to arrange:

Pre-site build: Design appointments, selections, electrical, joinery and tiles, working drawings and contract are available and can be conducted remotely.

On–site build: All job sites are active, operating under the HIA Guidelines for “Making Space On Site” and our Covid Safe Plan. We will do our best to minimise any disruption to our build programs under these guidelines however there may be some delays.

Maintenance & Warranty Work: Effective as of 11:59pm Friday 7th of August, we can no longer attend occupied properties for the purpose of non-critical maintenance or warranty activities. Due to these restrictions any non-critical works scheduled will be postponed until further notice.
Critical Works are still possible and are defined as: emergency faults relating to Electricity, Water, Sewer, Gas or Safety.

Please feel free to contact your respective Carter Grange Team Member, with any questions or concerns.

Best Regards,

David Walsh
