Important announcement

Dear Clients, Suppliers & Friends of Carter Grange,

We appreciate your support as we navigate these unusual times.

We are continuously seeking ways for all areas of our business to continue to operate in the current environment. Health and Safety is paramount at this time and we continue to seek advice to ensure that we are complying with all Government requirements.

We are working closely with all our trades and suppliers to ensure their safety and security at this time. And as a collective, we are very keen to keep our job sites and business operations moving.  We continue to operate as close to normal as possible with the utmost respect for social distancing.

Our staff are working remotely but have access to the office if needed. They have access to video conferencing to communicate with clients and each other including to arrange:

– VIDEO CHAT
– 3D VIRTUAL SHOW HOME TOURS
– FREE DESIGN APPOINTMENTS
– PRIVATE SHOW HOME VISITS

FOR OUR CLIENTS

Pre-site build: Design appointments, selections, electrical, joinery and tiles, working drawings and contract are available and can be conducted remotely.

On–site build: All job sites are active, operating under the HIA guidelines for “Making space on site”.  At this stage we have not been advised by any of our suppliers of any impact on our building programs.

Maintenance & Warranty Work: Our suppliers and subcontractors have experienced some slight restrictions on accessing occupied client homes.  Over 70% of our suppliers and contractors remain available to address any maintenance or warranty issues.
