While we take care of all the paperwork, you can choose the inside of your home with Byron Interiors. Select everything from taps to benchtops, cabinetry, floors, doors and more.
Once the designs and quote are approved, we proceed with arranging the building permit (and planning permit if required) and prepare your HIA building contract for approval.
With a clear building site, we can bring our trades, suppliers and quality materials to construct your new home. Throughout the construction process, your experienced site manager arranges inspections and keep you regularly updated on the progress.
After construction is complete, we organise a final walk-through with you. When you are satisfied with your new home, we proceed with the settlement, and hand over the keys. From there, it is yours to enjoy.
