From the initial concept to the final result, your build is an exciting time and our experience and knowledge will help pull your look together and put your individual stamp on it.
Our goal is to help create the perfect home for you that is both stylish and functional. Our interior specialists will guide you through the choices you will have to make, keeping your tastes, design requirements and budget in mind.
Our Design process consist of 5 steps.
Step 1: Colour and Materials
Our interior design experts will introduce you to our colour and product range. This includes internal and external colours and material choices such as; flooring staircases, cabinetry, appliances, windows, roofing and garage.
Step 2: Joinery Selections
Working with one of our joinery designers. We will help you develop your joinery design to your Kitchen, Pantry, Laundry, Bathrooms and any additional spaces you require. This includes a 3D model of your home to assist in visualising the options available.
Step 3: Final Selections
This appointment will allow our team to guide you through the internal and external colours and material choices for your home. The Interior Designer will work with you on your selection in preparation for the selection to be priced.
Step 4: Tile Selections
We partner with National Tiles in Richmond to provide you with a customised tile solution for your new home. A Tile Consultant will work with you to create your overall design.
Step 5: Electrical Selections
Our electrical design expert will help you understand the electrical requirements for your new home which will include power points, entertainment zones, data points, downlights and feature lighting as well as any home automation you might be interested in. Your electrical plan design will also keep your room and furniture orientation in mind.
Our aim is that, by the end of the design and build process, that every aspect of your new home is chosen by you and custom designed to suit your needs and taste. We are here to happily help you along the way.
